As time goes! Today we end the first month of the year and once again we briefly review what has been this month in Instagram.
It is a tradition to start the year with a theme party. Two years ago it was the Hawaiian party in which we put flowered shirts and garlands on the neck, the past we traveled to far west, and we share the last dinner of the year between cowboys and outlaws. This year we go back to the fifties to evoke the world of Grease at a party full of glitter and dance music.
Days later, we had the opportunity to spend a weekend in Navarra Thanks to Selecta Hotels. We stayed two nights at Lantz, a charming town 20 minutes from Pamplona, in the Iribarnia hotel, a small super-romantic hotel and ideal for Valentine. The landscapes of Navarra at this time of year are spectacular, especially those we find going to Zugarramurdi. Nor should we forget the gastronomy. How good we ate! The weekend was very short, so we will surely be back soon.
On the other hand, the calçots season in Catalonia, and we premiered participating in the second Calçotada & tweets organized by Sònia Graupera in the Can Besa restaurantin full natural park of Montseny. For those who don't know, the calçots They are grilled tender onions that are eaten accompanied by romesco sauce. The calçoted they are much more to eat calçots, are to get together with friends and have fun eating first calçots, then the grilled meat with potatoes and dried beans and Catalan cream for dessert. I am not a fan of calçotsbut I have to recognize that the food in Can Besa was very good and I became like the Quico. After the meal, Sònia organized a very special bingo full of great gifts. I play a batch of wines from tim winery. Take it now!
And we finish the review of the most stellar moments of the month with the star wars marathon We did at home last weekend. My friend Gemma, with whom I went to New York a couple of years ago, I had never seen the classic trilogy of Star Wars, so we decided to put a solution watching the three flip movies. I was very pleased to see that, despite the years, the movies are still as great as ever.
